Grilled Bananas Foster
This classic New Orleans dessert originated at Brennan’s Restaurant in Louisiana back in the 1950s. While its roots are usually a flambé of bananas cooked with rum, liqueur, sugar and cinnamon served with Vanilla ice cream, its flavors are easily recreated in the twist for the grill. Grilled Bananas Foster is a different preparation with the same end result; banana Nirvana.
