Smoked salmon, combined with Croix Valley Garlic 'n Herb Sauce and Marinade and a little sour cream blend to make the perfect spread for crackers, toast or sandwiches. Making smoked salmon spread yourself has never been easier (or tasty) than this recipe!

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 small white onion, finely diced
- 3 Tbsp Croix Valley Garlic 'n Herb Sauce and Marinade
Directions
Remove salmon from skin and flake or cut into small pieces.
Remove salmon from skin and flake or cut into small pieces. Combine salmon with all remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended. Serve with crackers, baguettes, toast and more. This recipe is finely suited for wraps and sandwiches and is fantastic with the addition of dill or freshly ground black pepper!
