Pit Crew Challenge | Garlic Ginger Teriyaki

The Croix Valley Pit Crew Challenge for August was an Asian-inspired dish with our Garlic Ginger Teriyaki BBQ Sauce and Booster.

The Croix Valley Pit Crew are all professional food sport competitors, and never fail to inspire. This month we saw quick and easy meals, as well as low and slow smokes. Everything below looks delicious to us, and we hope it inspires you to step outside of your comfort zone next time you fire up the grill.

Even though we designed the Croix Valley product line to be full of flavor and versatility, we're constantly surprised at the meals our fans post online. Our Parmesan Garlic Wing and BBQ Booster is great on chicken, but also amazing on popcorn and grilled corn-on-the-cob. Earlier this week we saw a photo of our Spicy BBQ Booster being added to salsa (fantastic idea).
