Adam has a natural ability to innovate daily food recipes and take them to the next level incorporating flavors and textures. 

Jason Black | Croix Valley Pit Crew | South Carolina

Jason is a self-taught backyard chef from South Carolina. He purchased his first smoker in 2015, his first Blackstone in 2017, and hasn’t looked back since!

Paul & Sue Perpich | Croix Valley Pro Team | Wisconsin

This husband and wife competition duo from Wisconsin heats it up on the pro Steak Cookoff and BBQ circuit, consistently finishing in the top of the class.

Wade & Michelle Brelje | Croix Valley Pro Team | Minnesota

Wade grew up in Henderson, MN and Michelle grew up in Stillwater, MN, and they got into food competitions near the end of 2020.
