    First time used on porks that I smoked with apple and hickory. Cooked some cut offs also as treats and had 4 other people sample as just dry rubbed. Everyone enjoyed depth of flavor.

    There is no need to mix 2 or 3 rubs together for beef anymore. I guess that's why Damon calls it "one rub". It's great on potatoes too.
